Q：注册需要付费吗？
A：完全免费。创建纪念馆、敬献基础物品（免费鲜花、免费烛光等）、留言都不收费。
Q：可以注册几个账号？
A：建议每人一个账号。我们会根据邮箱判定重复注册。
Q：忘记密码怎么办？
A：登入页有【忘记密码】链接，输入邮箱即可收到重置邮件。
纪念馆相关
Q：一个账号能创建几个纪念馆？
A：可以为多位逝者分别创建，没有上限。
Q：私密纪念馆是什么意思？
A：私密纪念馆需要密码才能访问，搜索引擎不会收录。适合您只想给少数亲友看的情况。
Q：纪念馆会被永久保存吗？
A：是的。除非您主动删除，否则我们承诺永久保存。
Q：可以修改已创建的纪念馆吗？
A：可以。在【我的中心 → 纪念馆 → 编辑】可随时修改照片、生平、隐私设定等。
Q：可以邀请其他人帮我管理纪念馆吗？
A：未来会支持"家庭管理员"功能，目前正在开发。
心意相关
Q：什么是"心意"？
A：心意是用于敬献付费悼念物品的虚拟单位。例如莲花灯需要 30 心意。基础物品（基本鲜花、烛光）完全免费。
Q：心意可以退款吗？
A：未使用的心意可以申请退款。详见 退款政策。
Q：心意有有效期吗？
A：没有。一旦添置，永久有效。
Q：可以送心意给其他用户吗？
A：目前不支持。每个账号的心意独立使用。
隐私安全
Q：我的纪念馆会被公开搜索到吗？
A：只有"公开"模式的纪念馆可被搜索。"不公开"仅凭链接访问；"私密"需要密码。
Q：留言会被审核吗？
A：作为馆主，您可以选择"自动通过"或"手动审核"。详见纪念馆设置。
Q：网站收集我哪些个人资料？
A：仅收集您注册时提供的姓名、邮箱。详见 隐私政策。
技术问题
Q：手机上能用吗？
A：完全支持。本站针对手机做了优化。
Q：可以分享到 Facebook、WhatsApp 吗？
A：可以。每个纪念馆页底部有【分享】按钮。

Account
Q: Is registration free?
A: Yes, completely free. Creating memorials, offering basic tributes (free flowers, candles), and leaving messages cost nothing.
Q: How many accounts can I have?
A: One account per person is recommended. We detect duplicates by email.
Q: I forgot my password — what do I do?
A: Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.
Memorials
Q: How many memorials can one account create?
A: There is no limit. Create one for each loved one.
Q: What does "Private" mean?
A: A Private memorial requires a password to view and is hidden from search engines. Use it when you only want a small circle of family to see it.
Q: Are memorials saved permanently?
A: Yes. Unless you delete it yourself, we preserve every memorial indefinitely.
Q: Can I edit a memorial after creating it?
A: Yes. Go to My Dashboard → Memorials → Edit to change photos, biography, privacy settings, and more.
Q: Can I invite others to help manage a memorial?
A: A family co-administrator feature is in development.
Tributes and "Heart" Credits
Q: What are "Heart" credits (心意)?
A: Heart credits are the in-platform unit used for premium tributes (such as a lotus lamp, which costs 30 hearts). Basic items like simple flowers and candles are always free.
Q: Are heart credits refundable?
A: Unused heart credits can be refunded under certain conditions. See our Refund Policy.
Q: Do hearts expire?
A: No. Once added to your account, they stay valid indefinitely.
Q: Can I gift hearts to another user?
A: Not at the moment. Each account's hearts are used by that account only.
Privacy and Safety
Q: Will my memorial appear in Google?
A: Only "Public" memorials are indexed. "Unlisted" requires a link; "Private" requires a password and is fully hidden from search engines.
Q: Are tribute messages moderated?
A: As the memorial owner, you choose between auto-approve or manual review for incoming messages.
Q: What personal data do you collect?
A: Only your name and email on registration. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Technical
Q: Does it work on mobile?
A: Yes, fully responsive and optimised for mobile.
Q: Can I share to Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.?
A: Yes. There's a Share button at the bottom of each memorial.
